rubbers don't work every time, neither does the pill IF I don't know them well enough to have an inkling of the type of parent they might be, what their full name is,, SOMETHING about their upbringing/friends/life or what type of character they have their cleanliness and something of their sexual habits kids and disease can be very permanent consequences for a momentary weakness,,, I just couldn't take the potentially permanent risks of sex for the temporary pleasure,,,with someone I knew next to nothing about Despite I have never & really never thought I could...I did have a deep close connection with somebody, which the possibilities of I could have. Already having 3 grown kids & no intentions of having any more...medically & physically impossible without intervention. Regarding STD's, being a Nurse I know how to protect myself. Being single for the second time of 5 years without giving sex a thought...my interpretation of these sites are to get to know somebody prior to the date...so it totally depends on how deep the connection is & nothing to do with self respect or morals. |

I guess it depends on the situation. i had a connection and talked for a few months and i guess you could consider i slept with him on the first date. i also thought as in the hours spent before getting to know each other there was a super connection and that it would last.......

If the chemistry was right, I'm not sure I would be able to control myself. Ironically enough I would appreciate it if he would control himself and not do it. Simply cos I don't think it helps to have sex that early on if you want to really get a serious thing going.

Not a good idea. For meaningful lovemaking you have to know the person well enough so you can trust each other with your bodies. Whenever two objects touch something is left behind (forensics principle)...you leave a piece of yourself behind every time you sleep with someone, so chose wisely. |
