chicken sounds good. rub a few spices. get your chicken cooking. lightly brown some sliced onions. im already getting hungry thinking about it.

enough of this fooling around...we've had our swim, now it's time to start preparing our chicken for fah-heata....thin slice skinless chicken breast, drizzle some olive oil, put in large zip lock bag with seasonings and set in fridge for a while....

Im marinating a few things now as a matter of fact. its the grille again tonite. I, too, dislike slicing raw meat. mongolian pork chops and more of the cumin/honey mixture from last time cuz it made for excellent lunches You mean to say you went all the way to Mongolia just for pork chops. Surely there must be a butcher near you |
