I am confident the President of the United States has NOT sent 3,000 troops to Africa in the hopes of "potentially bringing Ebola to the US", no matter how many times/different ways you try to spin it TO sell it as 'fact'. some of us have memories and what I can remember is any one with deadly diseases to be held off shore... this has been tested here in the US at a monkey lab before with the military going in and killing all ebola monkeys//

BTW,it is "Quite"!  the problem isn't whether it happened or not,but that you're weaving into a big Conspiracy-Theory! Especially since at that time AIDS was still being investigated as the Cause among others,since the knowledge of HIV at that time was quite limited! So,throw that CT out the Window,along with that Ebola one!
