I tried to email a person who viewed my profile, but when I went to email them the site says : " your not eligible for contact with this user" - I thought you can with free accounts? I would like to know why, I have emailed people in the past.

UR not eligible to email that person means they have filters for who can email them. Check on that person's profile, where ur gonna email, and see if there's something about distance, age, sex... That's why u cannot email: they have filters. |

Even though the site is free we do have personal settings for each member to use. The message you got was due to the person you were trying to e-mail used those settings. Due to their settings your e-mail will not go through. It could be due to distance, age ect....
Many members do this to only have those they want to talk to contact them. There is no way around it. It is their choice. Hope this helps. Site Mod Kristi |
