Perhaps an opinion from a black woman who has had this experience is needed here.

First, race DOES matter, anyone who thinks it doesn't isn't seeing the world clearly.

Second, you might be totally in love with each other and that's great. The problems come in not with each other but with society (and sometimes friends and family) not accepting it. This can put a strain on the relationship. It's possible that the strain can tear you apart in the end. The world can be cold and people can be cruel. The real question is "Can they handle it"? It takes two incredibly emotionally stable people who are totally committed to each other to navigate through the added pressure that racists can put on you.

That is so true....I was involved with a coloured, also known as the mulatto race, and there were always problems with some of her friends and family, majority accepted me but few didnt....it taught me a serious lesson in life about interracial relationships...

I am looking at the profile of the men looking for an intimate encounter, who describes his interests with words "Hi a lot of fun".

He joined about three weeks ago. This is his second post on Mingle.
He asks: "Black CHICK white guy. Any thoughts?"

Yes, I have one. I wonder what inspired this question and why was the word CHICK used instead of WOMAN. OK, and a GUY instead of MAN.

Sorry, but it sounds like a porn title to me...

Does HE have any thoughts on this topic?

consider all that one self does and what it shall create for ALL...

if a white man marry a black women in time of racial conflict, one might get his wife hurt severely and even him self killed...

and if a white man live in the wrong neighborhood and marry a white women, one might get his women hurt, whom he says he wants only good for...

and to those who say it don't matter what others think...

fuccck that shitz...

what others think, decide what they shall do....

what the kkk think, decide what they shall do if they have presence in my town!

and it does matter what they do to what one loves...

but most are just in love with their own pride...

but then, only rednecks say don't worry bout what others think, and at the same time, all they say and do is totally based upon what others think and do...

if it don't matter what others think, than why is the biggest complaint of humans what others said about them that was bad...

and what others did that was not good...

please...

all spurred on and created by what other's THOUGHT.

meandering ignorant logic, that will be wiped like bugspit of the windshield of those who do care about what others think...

and what others think so thought did control how all others treated self, wa lah to the dazzling blind...

never underestimate the thoughts of others as not important, or self will find it self at the hands of many bigger and bigger bad surprises, like dumb people on jerry springer experience, who say they didn't care about what others thought.
I agree It doesn't go over very good all the time. And when it doesn't It's bad.

You seem to be right. His opening post on the same topic, but in other forum (regional one)was simple "Hello ladies".
He was not interested in social aspect of interracial dating, but looking for a black female for intimate encounter.
I guess that's why he didn't even bother to reply to anyone who shared an opinion.

Sorry, but this is not about "the formal speech police".
I directed my question to OP to see what does HE WANTS TO TALK ABOUT. But, your reply did help clarify that and I thank you for it.

What should I tell him? It is his preference. So, what do I have to do with it?
Nothing.
I am not a black female, therefore, not someone whose reply would interest him.

Better?

Any thoughts?

Having been a fan of 'The Jeffersons',
I must say, that Tom and Helen Willis
seemed to be a happy couple.

I am a black woman and I only date white men... you like what you like and I like white men..
It's not that white men are superior to black men, it's just the fact everyone has diffrent taste

Ohh for a after statement I hate when someone asks me, why I like white guys!!!
