I'm surprised at how many men say they have read my profile yet I clearly state I'm not interested in older men. And I get 5 out of six msg from guys in their 50s or 60s saying how they liked my profile n want to chat with me....really?

In fairness to those guys, you don't specifically say no older men. I read the age range you listed as more of a preference. And perhaps they believe they are as much below their chronological age as you believe you are below yours. I can understand wanting a certain age range. What I don't understand, however, is when someone doesn't include their own age in that range. You don't do that to an extreme, and for whatever reason, that's your preference. It's not necessarily right or wrong. I just don't understand it. But when a 20 something is only looking for 35+ or a 40 something who says no one over 30, I really don't get that. Anyway, I'll end by saying you are a beautiful woman and I hope you find what you are looking for.

I clearly state on my profile that i'm married and not looking for anyone at all and i still get women messaging me. So i think it's a 2 way thing here, that both men and women don't read profiles?

You can easily set your Mingle2 filter to specify an age filter. Google how to set an age filter for Mingle2 and then you can get the information. That way when someone over the age tries to contact you, they will be blocked. No feelings will be hurt and you don't have to have the inconvenience to tell them that you are not interested.

Your profile is fairly clear, but you say you're more like a 25 YO? Don't you think a man can be the same way? Not saying that a younger person isn't/wouldn't be fun but if you want someone younger then you either need to become a sugar mama or make yourself over into a hottie. Not being critical here but if you want someone specific then you need to appear that way. I'm just an old country boy that is still trying to find one woman to settle down with. I've got a bunch of kids out here, but they're goats, not children. Now I just need to find a woman that wants to replace the baby goats with real kids, or at least practice a lot.

So I have a question for you messi_is_a_tim_1888. If you are married an not looking for someone (which I think is totally cool and I get), why do you want someone "not married" to respond to you? Is it that you don't want to get into their married drama or is it something else? Just curious.

I'm only on for the forums nothing else. Got the best woman I'll ever meet at home. It clearly says in my profile that I'm not looking for anyone, as I'm already with someone. Did you not notice that when you viewed my profile?

He never said he wanted to meet friends who are not married, just friends. He's a lovely man devoted to his wife and children. That's clear to see

Nothing much surprising!

There are people who just throw stones in the pond as many as they can in as little time as possible....

You've got him completely wrong, I've messaged with him personally and believe me, he is totally dedicated to his wife. I wish I could find a nice man like him.

Then why post in here? My wife was cheating on me on Yahoo Chat. If you're married, you should not be on any type of forum like this!

But he just posts on the forums for fun, and for friends. I don't see the harm in that.
