Women have needs too. Like we need a man who will go to work and support us. Running the streets and running after another woman/women is not looking for a job. I would like 2 of you as my wives. The Estelle tag team :)

Does this exempt any Woman or Wife from doing her fair-share of what needs to be done. After all... Not ever Woman can be Peg Bundy, can she ?

Interesting point there. Although even if the man and woman are married there is no proof of who the father really is unless you do a DNA check (only the woman can know if she only slept with her husband). I agree that women in western society have lost their rightful place. And this loss is cloaked in feminism, but the kind that is anti woman. In the west women are forced to go out and work because of this false feminism. And yet still are left with all the childcare and housework at home. Then when the man cheats it's because she was too tired or unattractive for sex.. Yes, these prerequisites predate DNA testing. In the Quran it forbids the dismissing of a older or less attractive wife for a new one. It's important to note that if that older of less attractive wife doesn't what to resume being intimate with her husband despite his willingness to render all marital-dues... He can still have another wife who'll co-operate. Just-so-long as all wives involved including the earliest have rights of inheritance to both themselves and their children. Last-but-not-least, 'ANY MAN' having an affair with a married Woman is fully entitled to the Death-Penalty, along with her. That is why the oldest Ecclesiastical definition of Adultery always includes a Married Women. Oh, good grief. Let's no bring the "Quran" into this discussion. Wasn't it Mohammed who married a 9 yr old. The book that executes gays. That men can divorce their wife by saying I divorce her 3 times so he can have sex with another woman. All I'm saying is don't bring that book into this discussion. It's laughable.

They'll Fornicate, they'll commit Adultery, or they'll Marry another Woman. Those are the options. I think a man should have more than one wife because what happens when one gets pregnant... he has to look elsewhere. And he has to do it secretly too or he could lose half his stuff. Women have to understand that a man has needs. No, a married man doesn't have to look elsewhere when his wife is pregnant. A mature married man can refrain from sexual intercourse whenever necessary.

I think women should have the choice to work or be a housewife, but not be expected to do both. If they choose to work it means the man agrees to be a househusband part time just like she will be a housewife part time. If the woman decides to be the housewife the husband needs to agree to be the sole provider and share the money with her equally. Neither happen fairly, usually the arrangement benefits the man more than the woman, and in certain cases the man just becomes a liability (such as in my case).

While the Quran does condone an incarcerate from war as being a perspective wife, or even husband, (Whatever The Case May Be) that slave must want to freely convert to becoming a Believer first. No Incarcerate can be held in duress of being a partner with whom they can't be or don't want to be in a relationship with.
