Deflategate takes its place alongside Spygate. The damage to the Patriot brand is universal and eternal. Brady, the Patriots, and their fans have to live with it. Patriot toadies no doubt will line up to say that the league did not prove anything that would hold up in a court of law (Brady's dad has already labeled it "Framegate"). It's all circumstantial, they'll say. Plus, it says right in the report that Bob Kraft and Bill Belichick knew nothing about the intentional deflation of the footballs. It was just a couple of rogue equipment guys breaking the rules. Good luck with that one, folks. Bend yourself into a pretzel if you must, but Brady and the Patriots are insulting your intelligence if they want you to believe that they were not aware of what was happening to the footballs on game days. they've proven over and over again they're cheaters. its kind of hard to look at the exchange of text messages between brady and the equipment guy and say that brady didn't know. plus brady would not let them look at his phone, probably because he has nothing to hide? ehhh *cough*BS*cough* he knew and belechick probably knew too. of course they will deny it, but the proof is in the pudding as they say.
i hope bradys pretty boy panzy @$$ gets locked out of the hall of fame.... cheaters dont belong in the HOF. |

like spygate, if brady knows that the defense is doing, it will make his job alot easier, thus making him look better than he is.

Yes and no. More than likely, he's done this to other QB's which would have increased his Qb eff rating and lowered other top tier QB's eff ratings like Peyton Manning. But I'll admit, he is a very good Qb. Very good at reading defense and getting the ball out his hands quickly, he really didn't need to cheat because he's good. |
