His account says that he rushed into bin Laden's room and shot him in the head, killing him dead
SEAL source: 'The real shooter would never discuss it publicly... there's a reasonable possibility he's not telling the truth'

"These guys on that raid were afforded a great opportunity: They got to go on the raid that every SEAL would have wanted to go on," he said in a Thursday phone interview. "One was privileged to pull the trigger."

In the special operations community, there remain doubts about whether O'Neill fired the shot that killed bin Laden, said CNN national security analyst Peter Bergen, who wrote the book "Manhunt" about the search for bin Laden and was the only outside observer to visit the compound where bin Laden was killed.

Other SEALs have given Bergen an account that differs from that of O'Neill.

"The point man — who hasn't been publicly identified, and won't be publicly identified, according to people who know him — shot at bin Laden as he poked his head out of his bedroom door, winging him — or mortally wounding him," Bergen said.

Then the SEAL on point grabbed two women in the room, worried that they had explosives, as O'Neill and fellow SEAL Matt Bissonnette finished bin Laden off as he was lying on the floor, dying, said Bergen, of the New America Foundation think tank in Washington.

Finding out who fired the fatal shot during the bin Laden raid is extremely difficult, in part because the bin Laden compound has been demolished, leaving no forensic evidence, Bergen said.

so his own team members said he didnt kill bin laden, and whoever did wouldnt be bragging about it. but i guess the DOD would know better than the other seals that were in the room with him when it happened right? hes full of it. bin laden was already dead from a gun shot wound to the head when he supposedly killed him.

Pentagon officials have reportedly said that it is unclear whose shots actually killed bin Laden.

Yea, that's why two of the top members of Seal Team 6, Rear Admiral Brian Losey and Force Master Chief Michael Magaraci all but confirmed it and blasted him for breaking the code.

Also Marcus Luttrell confirmed that O'Neill was a member of Seal Team 6 who helped save his life during the rescue mission.

CNN Turning on Obama? The Controversial Story Inside

There's some noted animosity between the President and the liberal news network as of late.

Just a few weeks ago at the White House Correspondent's dinner, Obama took a few jabs at CNN.

Well, now CNN is firing back, going so far as to publish a report on a story in which Obama is being indicted in a massive cover-up over the death of Bin-Laden.

You'll no doubt remember the President conveniently showed the world he had orchestrated the killing of the world's most wanted terrorist only days after publishing his birth certificate.

So far it's been one of his biggest claims to fame.

With the announcement Bin-Laden was dead, the birth certificate story petered out, and the media was taken by the Bin-Laden story as it unfolded in bite-size pieces.

A daring nighttime raid by Seal Team 6, a quick execution, and then a burial at sea was all Obama needed to satisfy Americans.

But now, a noted liberal journalist isn't so sure Obama was being truthful about the ordeal.

Journalist: Media is Protecting Obama Admin and CIA Brass on Bin Laden Death Story

"The media is protecting the Obama Administration and the CIA brass in regard to the integrity of their account" says investigative journalist Gareth Porter while taking about a story that is creating a lot of controversy. That story by journalist Seymour Hersh is scathing report which aims to debunk the entire official story of how the Obama Administration killed Osama bin Laden.

Remember this famous image from the White House Situation Room as high level members of the Obama Administration watched in "real time" the killing of bin Laden? Of course, former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta later admitted that the feed being watched here wasn't actually a live feed at all. That there were no live images actually fed from inside the bin Laden compound

It always struck me as funny when viewing this pic that our POTUS looks like a towel boy in a locker room instead of the leader of the most powerful nation on Earth laugh

"all but confirmed it" meaning they didnt confirm it, right?

I saw an interesting comment yesterday about Hillery "giving the finger" metaphorically to all the news sources because Obama has gotten away with it for years.

The sheer mass of lies, misleading statements, and illogical deductions in this thread, could be used to make radioactive waste safe to be around, if it was heaped over the top of it.

Highlights:

CNN isn't running the latest paranoid lies of the GOP-paid anti-Obama people because they are mad at Obama. They are running them because it helps sell advertising, the wilder the stories are, the more people stay to watch commercials.

NONE of the members of the PORTION of the Seal Team that killed Bin Laden, are dead. None of the six who died in that post-mission helo crash, were on the Bin Laden mission.

Any deductions made using those delusions, are just lies made upon lies.
