peddle like the wind : ) oh wait you mean the other type of bike uhm , learn the gears , and how to shift before you take off on it and where the brakes are : ) wear a helmet

Either kind, never use just the front brake hard when going fast.

First thing to learn is always make eye to eye contact with others you come in contact with..keeps you knowing if the other drivers see you...

I was going to offer but looked at profile and discovered you are 8hours flight away. You would like my bike a real lady's bike with a basket, matching blue helmet and jacket. I ride a lot on my bike. Sorry. Guys before had helpful ideas. Not for getting my bell. I love the bell noise,.

Don't let go of the handle bars. If you do the result is much worse than carpet burns

You can use trainer wheels but have them on uneven. It. Might help
