I am absolutely sick to death of all these "Hi" say nothing fake identities. Where is quality control.
I don't want the illusion of meeting someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wasting my time is wasting my life. MY life.

I'm not happy with that.

That is probably all you will get, as you are after
an 'Intimate Encounter.'

Most gals want more than that and those who do not
may be looking for $$.

Regardless of me wanting an intimate encounter (part of being a human),friends or cash cow, the fakes are much more numerous than actual human beings.

THE SITE MAY BE FREE, BUT IT COSTS IN WASTED TIME

After about 3 years, I have yet to meet a human.

All they want is personal details to scamm with.

Metrodate is the same, full of fake Identities.

Just one real woman partner shouldn't be too much to ask.

Instead I get standardised replies like: "thanks for the compliment, you are hansom too, send me your real name and details and tell me a little about you" proving that they don't read the text or look at profiles, they just fish for personal info.

WHERE ARE ALL THE REAL WOMEN AT ???

People in the forums cannot hide their real selves for long.

You're right Soufiehere. Scammers can't converse.

I laugh often at their struggles with english grammar, punctuation, and male point of view composition trying to appear female.
So keen to make me click on their pretty pictures or join a site for free or get my address. Some are creative and persistent.

(deliberate lower case e)

I haven't written much on here 'cause I hardly ever hear of Aussy ladies here. If their searches havent found me theyr'e probably not interested anyway. If they have found me then they're definitely not interested, or I would have met one.
Such is life. tears

Soufiehere You'd have the opposite problem, beating them off and sorting through the chaff, I imagine.

I'm orig. from down south, Christies, Morphett, etc.
I miss the Mid.

There is an Aussie lass on here who met and
married another member from here in North Dakota.

They are most happy :-)
You may have to widen your parameters :-)

(They now live in Tasmania!)

Yep, just got to keep on keeping on.
Others say things happen when your'e not looking. Sure.

I don't hold much hope in using the internet to meet people anyway.
It's a time consuming unsatisfying distraction mostly.

Got one definite scammer today, and one probable one I'll sus out and annoy. Small joys.
Bye.

Is there a profusion of ("Hi", and then nothing) information when the ladies do a search, or is it mostly when men search ??

So many scammers, so little contact. slaphead

There are so many cam girls, scammers and so on, on this site, i'm thinking of unsubscribing.
To filter through, I use mouse right click on profile pictures, "Search google for image" and 90% of the time, I can see that profile pics are being taken from cam girls/twitter accounts, that are not based in Australia.
Most of these profiles pretend to be here for meeting up, hidden under fake profiles/stolen pictures that want you to get an "arrangement key" or to get your credit card details or to register to some dodgy websites.

Tired of all these scammers, it would be best if the filtering was done at the profile creation level, rather than me wasting my time doing it.

Well, it might be the same for every site, but it's not a reason to accept it, otherwise what's the value added of this website versus the others?

It should be the responsibility of the web developer/web site to prevent this from happening, so we as users, don't waste unnecessary time, and to improve everybody's user experience. Otherwise when another site comes along with better features, how do you expect to retain users?

The value of this website is the public community forums...
No other dating site that I know of has a forum this popular...
