Yes, looks and money are important if one is looking for money.

Per soulmates, i'd rather know i can rely on my partner to think for herself, and know what she is thinking. You can't buy that with money and experienced women have scars.

Just my two cents. What's important to you is your choice. But in a pinch, money isn't even good for a fire starter.

i use it to buy razors... it is important, doesn't mater how anyone feels, it's something you have to have in todays world... if your broke and a bum, soulmates won't matter for chit...

My own short answer would be "sort of."

I know, it's a romanticized conceptual question, not the sort of thing for my pure logic approach to things. It's not that I don't like romantic stuff, I love it, but I've dealt with too many people over the years who use it crudely, or even manipulatively, not to take a step back every time I run into it again.

Anyway...yeah, if what you are going for with this is something like "looks aint everything, or even the most important thing in the best romantic relationships," then I'm with you.
