only Tears can explain the Real meaning of pain So when I have allergies I'm really experiencing a life changing experience that makes me somehow profound and a survivor?! No more claritin for me!

Tears may be the expression of pain and sometimes expressing that pain helps to ease it.They don't explain the pain.Do not be afraid or ashamed of your tears they are a peaceful way of dealing with problems.It is surprising how much relief can be gained.I hope whatever issue is causing your pain is soon resolved.

Never had tears talk. They usually leak out AFTER I figure stuff out that hurt. And while I assuredly accept the painful cost of the learning I've been through, I certainly don't value the pain itself.
