I have never been more disgusted with a President then I am now. Obama is a WIMP. Saying we support France and that he's not going to talk about what's going on any further. What a F'ing POS. This was also an American concert that is being attacked. So what do you suggest he do? Dump more bombs on the Middle East so they blow up some more stuff in France or the rest of Europe? Send more US troops to the Middle East and start WW3? March into Europe with US troops and shoot everyone that looks like a Muslim? And if he'd start a war and American troops get killed, he's a bad president because he made a stupid decision? I'm quite glad he's using his brain and not making rash decisions. You'd probably have given the order to just flatten Europe to kill extremists. But guess what: People live here, you know! no problem, just invite more "refugees" where you live, and you can help take care of the poor people... in case you haven't noticed, the nicer you are to these animals, the more they take advantage of people... |

really sad, most were just kids... i hope the liberals learn something here, but i'm really doubting it... Really sad yes...most were just kids and so are most of the "terrorists". According to many witnesses they spoke perfect french and they were in their twenties.... I wonder how those kids most probably born and raised here all of a sudden turn to believe that ISIS is the way to go... I also wonder how much information on what is really going on is known by the public. Mr Holland obviously knew it had to do with Syria before it was confirmed. Sure ISIS has proclaimed war on anything that seems disgusting to them since a long time already...and they manage to get the attention through the internet by calling out kids to just go out and blow themselves, some get 2-3 months training....once they've done it as the media worldwide is reacting to it, it is fueling those kids even more to die as "massacre heroes". That's what is sad and thickening. Another sad thing is that either way it is serving extremists...and the increasing fear leads people to give up their freedom. On the other hand how much freedom is to give to religious cult when the fundamental thought end up in killings ? I don't have the answers...only wondering... Being a European I agree with Crystal : Hand out arms to the Europeans that have little to no history being armed and we might end up in a Mad Max kind of world. keep drinking that liberal kool aid... |

Not everybody thinks arming civilians is the way to go. Might be hip in the States, I don't agree with that policy at all! Wanting a gun is based on living in fear. And that's what terrorists want: fear. So if you go with that, things will only get worse. People will start killing others when they think they see a Muslim or think someone is a terrorist. You really think that's going to help mankind?? It will only increase hate, fear and create more extremists, and before you know it, we will blow up the entire world. Way to go! Great thinking!! Ppl sell arms because they're poor, because it's a way to make a lot of money. Stopping that kind of chit could be achieved if that poverty was dealt with. If people could lead a good life, as in really good, they couldn't be bothered with arms dealing anymore. And that's where the problem lies: The ones with power are the ones with money and the ones who make money from all this chit. And oftentimes that's American and European influential people. They feed of this, so they want to keep this kind of chit alive and kicking. If you want this to end, you got to get the head of the snake, not start handing out arms to civilians. Unless you'd want us all to end up in a Mad Max kind of world of course. But that's not the kind of world I fancy to live in. and what do I have to fear if I have a Firearm?  Really ? You know those 20 year old kids are really fit and trained and brainwashed... I am not sure if a firearm would help me....I actually trust our Belgium military. They are highly trained...the only thing is that administration and regulations are slowing things down tremendously. Over here in Belgium many people know where to find firearms it isn't really a secret. Certain families are known for their traffic since generations...and they are always in and out of jail... Police also knows...BUT you need proof & finances ...and it is hard to catch the big fish....because of all those regulations...and it takes forever to adapt them. we have a saying here in the US: outlaw guns and only outlaws will have guns... seemed to be the case in Paris last night, huh... |

Islamic State has released a statement claiming responsibility for Friday night’s attacks and has threatened further attacks against France. The group says the killings were in response to airstrikes against its militants in Syria, adding France would remain a “key target”. President François Hollande also said Isis was to blame for the terror attacks across Paris that killed at least 127. Hollande has said the attacks were an “act of war … prepared and planned elsewhere, with outside involvement which this investigation will seek to establish” . He added that France will be “ruthless in its response” and declared three days of national mourning. The death toll stands at 127, while about 200 are believed to have been wounded, 99 seriously. World leaders have voiced outrage , with many pledging to help France with the ongoing investigation. Barack Obama says America stood shoulder-to- shoulder with France. Please don’t say things like, “I stand with France,” or “Those poor French people, victims of that attack!” unless you’re prepared to say and do the following things: Stop saying “Islam” is about peace and love. It’s not. It’s about submission; the people who really get this are the ones who launch these attacks in the name of their religion. Stop supporting politicians like Obama, who insist that Islamic nations like Iran have our same fundamental values and can be trusted with billions of dollars in unfrozen assets (Obama’s treaty), and who don’t mean what they say when they want to wipe Israel off the map. Stop saying we don’t really need a strong military and we cannot, under any circumstances, use the full might of our military arsenal to do things to stop militant Islam in its tracks, to quite literally scare the Allah out of these people. Unless or until you start to rethink your stance, you have no business expressing compassion towards the victims of people in attacks whose perpetrators – knowingly or not – you aid and support via your positions. The president of France calls the attacks in Paris by militant ISIS supporters an “act of war.” Excuse me? Haven’t we been at war since at least 9/11? Even going back as far as 1979, when the first openly organized Islamic government, Iran, took Americans hostage and brutalized them for a year before setting them free? We’re not supposed to admit we’re at war with Islam. But Islam has been at war with everyone else for decades now. And it’s not going to stop. I am so sick of people saying, “We can’t fight terrorism with violence. We have to understand them and figure out what makes them act this way.” Envy, brutality and collectivist/social/racial hatred are what make them act this way. They’re not going to change, and they’re not going to stop. By trying to appease and understand them every chance we get, they interpret this as weakness, because it is, from their point-of-view. They respond with more brutality. They’re not ever going to stop, any more than Hitler and the Nazis would have stopped if, instead of taking them on directly, we had said, “Let’s try to understand them.” You cannot defeat a morally certain enemy without moral certainty. But we do not live in an age of moral self-assertion. It’s considered mean, unkind and politically incorrect. You do not have moral certainty if you keep insisting that your enemy really does not mean it. Stop waiting for the “moderate” or life-loving Muslims to come out of the closet and morally condemn their violent brethren. These moderates are nowhere to be found. Either they do not exist, or they’re too weak or frightened to take on the people who do these things in the name of their faith-based philosophy. Obama has stated that these attackers do not share certain basic, universal values with the rest of us. But Obama is the one who insists we cannot really fight terrorists because they operate underground, without state-sanctioned armies, and the like. I am a very proud gun owner and my family has a lot of them...would I want my daughter packing a concealed gun along with a bunch of other kids to a concert where a lot of them are drinking or high on something...nope...but if I was at home and heard that she was being held hostage and they are killing them one by one, would I wish she had her gun with her...nope...taking a life is more complicated then having a good weapon...my heart goes out to all the innocent people who are being slaughtered by religious hatred...and it will only get worse... I don't blame the Muslims... I blame the extremists..and they are in every faith...and although Obama doesn't impress me much he is only a puppet in a very evil corrupt government...just going to kick back and pray for a better future...and oil and clean my gun...

they did this attack woth 8 people I understand that not all Muslims are violent (If they were we'd all be dead, there is far more of them than us) However, as stated this was 8 people if we allow in 10,000 you think it's possible that less then 1% may be extremists?
