Rumor Mill: Hillary Facing Criminal Indictment, Obama 2016 Surprise in the Works

Washington insiders are saying that the evidence in the FBI's investigation into Clinton's "unique email arrangement" has reached "critical mass." The American Spectator's R. Emmett Tyrrell, Jr. joins former prosecutor Joe DiGenova in predicting that a decision to indict is coming soon.

The charges will consist of some of the following:

1. Improper disclosure or retention of classified information.

2. Destruction of government records.

3. Lying to federal agents.

4. Lying under oath.

5. Obstruction of justice.

There are those who have told me that the FBI has been engaged in a ruse. And that the Bureau will report it has come across nothing criminal. Then the whole imbroglio is expected to blow over.

But such cynics are in the minority. Most sources have told me the investigation is genuine, serious, and all but completed. One told me that it was completed two months ago. The Bureau has put together a case that as one source put it “is locked up. It is solid.”

Senator: Newly released Clinton email 'disturbing'

Washington (CNN)The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee released a scathing statement Friday, calling on Hillary Clinton to "come clean" after the State Department released an email in which she asked an aide to send information on a non-secure system after attempts to send the document securely failed.

She has vehemently insisted she never sent or received information that was classified at the time it was sent.

The State Department has backed her on that claim, but have since retroactively classified information in over 1,000 of her emails.

The State Department is in the process of releasing Clinton's work-related emails, which total nearly 55,000 pages, to the public, which is how this new email came to Grassley's attention. The department is scheduled to release the last of Clinton's emails at the end of this month.

First off, whenever ANYONE uses "unnamed sources and rumors" as this "PJ Media" site does, to pretend that anything they say is factually supported, should be read with GREAT suspicion. That site itself is not a true "news" site, in any way, it is a known right wing political site.

Note also that the CNN report which is listed above as well, DOES NOT SUPPORT the contention that Clinton either revealed, or attempted to reveal, and secure information at all. If you actually read and listen to the entire report, and you aren't already a Hillary Hater, you will find that it doesn't support what her opponents are claiming it does.
