i feel extremely tired i am thinking of having some sleep, and then burning my brain out with at least 4 episodes of Mr Robot. that is a great show Rami Malek(the main character) was speaking at the recent RSA conference I had the pleasure of attending he stated that all the computer screens in the show werr running legit pentesting (hacking)tools, none of them were green screened. I was able to get a fairly decent photo of him, but unfortunately he wasn't meeting fans :/ that really is a very good one. i am dying of tiredness. but the show is so good that i dont want to leave it. 5 more minutes 10 more minutes. that is a shame that i have waited this long before watching it. the good thing is i have the whole season's episodes ready to be watched :d he looks like a psycho really ! fits very well to the character. well they have already started shooting season 2....so you'll have more to watch it will take me only a few days to watch this 1st season on IMDB it doesnt mention when the next season will be aired. |

We do the big shop every 2 weeks, with a mid week pickup for perishables..I eat a LOT of salad :-) So how long will this 'big shopping' last you? before i was not doing big shopping. i was buying the things when i needed. for the 1st time i made a big shopping the previous monday and they will be lasting for 2 weeks. i am on my own. i know how much of what i am consuming every week. like 4 bottles of milk, 3 types of 300-350 gra package cheese. 4-5 bran breads. max 1 coke a week etc. lol my parents will be taking me to the supermarket and help me back. so that is the advantageous part of it. |

for the perishables, veggies and fruits there is a very closeby mini market. just 300 meters from my apart. so those will not be a problem as long as the heavy weighing stuff is already bought.

i knew that orange was not very good for liver
but i didnt know it was so tiring and harmful eating more than 1 orange a day that is what my aunty told my mum, and she searches so much about these kind of things + i felt that it was not making me feel any good. |

haha just to try i had some more oranges than i should
the ache started straight away very very well this means that whole winter long i have been messing out with my liver, that was why i had the aches :\ |
