B.Carson Aide Drops Truth Bomb on Sharpton Gathering:

Everything in America is not always about race.” “Make these people earn your vote,” Williams insisted. “If it’s Donald Trump, so be it. If it’s Bernie Sanders, so be it. Do not allow the Clintons and the establishment to waltz in here and wave their hand and everything is OK. Let them earn your vote, OK?” Upon receiving boos from the crowd, Williams said, “I don’t mind the hisses, because you know the truth when you hear it. Make them earn your vote. You can talk about race. They play the race card too, as they did in South Carolina against Barack Obama. Don’t get caught up in the short memory. This is a business. They’ll say whatever they need to say and do whatever they need to do to get elected.” During the 2008 presidential campaign, Hillary Clinton downplayed the role Martin Luther King played in American history and Bill Clinton called Obama’s record a “fairytale.” |

Hilary has no shame when it comes to garnering votes..even moreso than the average politician.
A few days before speaking at the aforementioned NAN event....where, btw, she extolled the virtues of white folks admitting 'white priviledge'...she was with the New York mayor telling "colored people" jokes". And she always has high "untrustworthiness" ratings in exit polls following primaries and caucuses.....yet she still leads, and will be, the Dem nominee and most likely the next president. Go figure....but it's not all of her followers fault...Her running for president was a GIFT to the Republican party..and their current $hitshow has ruined that gift. I've said it before...out of 320 million people...these 5 are the best we can come up with? Turbull...just turbull. |

This isn't the first time a black person has brought up this same general topic.
from Newsmax.com 3/21/2015 "ESPN commentator Stephen A. Smith expanded Saturday on earlier comments about African Americans and the Republican Party, saying that "the black vote has been taken for granted" by the Democratic Party — and that African Americans are to blame for it. "On one hand, we're giving one party our vote because they've successfully gone about the business of convincing our community that the other party, the Republican Party, is completely against the interest of the black community," Smith told Michael Smerconish on his CNN program. "As a result, we've been very transparent in our support." |

Statistics show what Smith said isn't rhetoric, it's fact based.
You personally may not vote along party lines but many people regardless of race do. IMO it's due to the laziness of most voters who aren't willing to actually research the candidates. Go to Youtube and search for Howard Stern's (who I'm no fan of) interviews in Harlem. Unfortunately I think what you'll see is emblematic of too many voters regardless of race. |

Id love to see statistics proving this,,, when there are two choices, grey and red, in all furniture the fact that I mostly choose red, doesn't mean its getting a 'pass' it means it looks better to me for whatever furniture pieces I am purchasing' there are many political races, the presidential being the big, and the one that has the least choices and the most pronounced platforms of course there will be consistency in support of a platform, if it remains the same as it was when it first drew support and the candidate adheres to it but we still vote for the 'individual' you let trump run democrat and Obama run republican see how any democrats would support trump or republicans support obama' its the individual and the platform they run on there isn't a 'pass' |

Since 1964 republicans haven't gotten more than 15% of the black vote in a presidential election. Since 1964 blacks have overwhelmingly voted for and identified as democrats. Keep spinning. SMH |

In the 2008 campaign cycle,
Hilary Clinton frequently played on the race and "perceived" religion of her opponent. Referring to him as, "Obama bin Laden". A "Bagger Vance" reference, or two And, at least one known reference to "Sambo". |

SMH spin is insisting that correlation and causation are the same goldwater, Nixon, Nixon, Ford,Reagan, Reagan, bush, dole, bush, bush, McCain, Romney considering the options,,,, voting the better candidate had everything to do with the individual and little with the party Yeah sure it has everything to do with the individual and not the parties......Howard Stern's interview of people in Harlem showed that wasn't the case with the INDIVIDUALS he interviewed who had NO idea about the platforms of the candidates. You won't accept FACTS even when the facts definitively prove your premise is wrong. Now you are spinning away from the original discussion which was the correlation of the black vote and which party they vote for. You are the one trying to spin the discussion, as you always do when you are proven wrong, and inserting the causation of the vote. You are also saying that the reason most blacks vote democratic is because the Democrat is "better candidate" which is subjective, not definitive. Elections results show that the Democrat wasn't the better candidate among those you listed. |
