you have to rate mutual matches...go to the help section to find out how...

It means that in the mutual match someone picked you as a yes or maybe .....go rate your mutual matches

I've had the same problem .... even get that I have a message... log in and there is no message. But ..... if you click on the NEW Matches..... if anyone has said they are interested ....a box will come up showing their pic and heading ... you can click on the pic to see their profile ....try that and see if it works .

P.S. I am still trying to figure out the purpose of "favorites" wouldn't that kinda fall under "friends"?
