I never tried it. I never liked the way it looked.

It is delicious and one of the healthiest foods. Many people are turned off by raw fish because they were raised to think fish must be cooked.

Some is, some isn't. Never buy it at a gas station or mini mart!!!!!! Places that have it pre-made I saw that recently while I was in OKC and it looked scary.. Sushi is wonderful... If you are breaking into it you can always try like the rice rolls that have a bit of the raw on top.. I love mine in coconut amino instead of soy sauce with a little wasabi I don't care for eel though |

I don't eat it unless I can identify it by site and it doesn't have an old smell... But real sushi I love it.. Almost as I do a good rib eye |

Only go to places that make it that day and while you are waiting.
Here we can get cooked chicken in our sushi. Yum Fish is ok. Ask around first to find the best place for you to go to Word of mouth is good because they have experienced it |
