Casey Anthony's lawyer admits she killed daughter Caylee, investigator says
More than five years after a jury in Florida cleared Casey Anthony in the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, a private investigator claimed the mom's attorney admitted she killed the girl and hid her body. Dominic Casey made the claim in court documents that went public last month in Casey Anthony's bankruptcy case. He also suggested that the mom paid her lawyer with sex. The investigator claimed attorney Jose Baez hired him days after police arrested the mom in July 2008. He said, "Baez had told me that Casey had murdered Caylee and dumped the body somewhere and, he needed all the help he could get to find the body before anyone else did." Meter reader Roy Kronk found the girl's body in the woods near her grandparents' home that December. Dominic Casey also said that before the remains were discovered, Casey Anthony allowed her legal team to try framing Kronk, "to portray him as a murderer and or kidnapper of Caylee Anthony." The investigator said he quit the legal team in October 2008. Casey Anthony was convicted of lying to police but acquitted of murder. She filed for bankruptcy in 2013. Dominic Casey claimed, in addition, that the defendant and her attorney were having sex because she couldn't pay him. "I arrived at Baez’s office unexpectedly one day and once again, witnessed a naked Casey. This time she ran from his private office, through the conference room to the hallway. That night I told her that she cannot allow him to continue engaging in this behavior. Casey told me she had to do what Jose said because she had no money for her defense." There was no immediate response from Baez or the Anthony family. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/05/25/casey-anthonys-lawyer-admits-killed-daughter-caylee-investigator-says.html/ |

I remember other lawyers questioning it. And everyone went with the 'protective father' thing ![]() It looks like she had been in & out of court over money & I think she lost a bankruptcy case herself. And she HAD been doing 'web cam', talking about herself. Like blogging. More weird. But I didn't know if she still is. |

And this is a surprise how???
There has never been any doubt that she killed that precious little baby in my mind. I usually am not surprised over anything Florida does but this one did surprise me. |

She's not doing porn yet? Seemed to be the natural next step for her....
And I refrained, for all the sensitive ones, from posting the "I've got 99 problems but a kid ain't one" meme. I'm maturing it seems ![]() |

Last I heard,
the slag was looking for a sperm donor, and that she'd given birth to another bouncing baby victim. I can't recall, Is the slag at least hawt? |

Thus farc It is hearsays.
She didn't confess. Her lawyer didn't break client confidentiality, by making a statement. Since she was found not guilty, & I don't think she can be tried twice. I started reading about 'Double Jeopardy' & the criteria. Jeopardy can terminate in four instances: after acquittal; after dismissal; after a mistrial; and on appeal after conviction. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Double+Jeopardy |

With claims of corruption in trials like this, I always want to start by going back to the facts, and noodle things through carefully, the way they should have been to begin with.
Overall, if we actually think about this, the fact that she was paying for an attorney with sex, doesn't have anything to do with how the trial went. It's like the OJ mess. People who get away with murder don't do it because of tricky, clever defense attorneys. They get away with it because the prosecutors fail to prove or to properly try the case. Should that attorney be disbarred? I think so, though I don't know how the laws about accepting "services" as payment work in Florida. |

I agree. ![]() And there is no proof, that she is a murderer, (there never was), or that he took advantage of her, or was unethical & she is certainly not claiming it. If any of that is true, why would they?; They would be destroying each other & themselves.. |

FWIW....Jose is coming for the investigator...
""I unequivocally and categorically deny exchanging sex for my legal services with Ms. Anthony... I have always conducted my practice consistent with the high ethical standards required of members of the Florida Bar," Baez told People Magazine. He went on to say, "Legal action is forthcoming." http://www.foxnews.com/us/2016/05/26/casey-anthonys-attorney-threatens-to-sue-over-claims-sex-daughters-death.html |

This is a guy fired from the defense. I think he is making sensational claims. He is probably writing a book and needs publicity or got paid really well for this article. I don't believe this at all. |

Last I heard, the slag was looking for a sperm donor, and that she'd given birth to another bouncing baby victim. I can't recall, Is the slag at least hawt? "Casey Anthony, the Florida woman acquitted in 2011 in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, is trying to establish a career as a photographer. According to local media and DailyMail.com, a spin-off of Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, documents filed with the Florida Division of Corporations late last year show Case Photography LLC was launched January 1 in West Palm Beach, where the Mail photographed the 29-year-old taking pictures of scenery with a Canon camera. “Make sure you get my good side. I'm working here,” she told a Mail photographer, before taking pictures of him from her car. According to the Palm Beach Post, the address listed for the business, which cost $160 to establish, is the West Palm Beach home of Patrick McKenna, who was the lead private investigator for Anthony's defense team. According to the Mail, Anthony's driver’s license is also registered to McKenna's $500,000 single-story house. McKenna refused to talk to a Post reporter outside his home Monday, the paper said. The paper also said messages left on a voicemail and email address listed on Anthony's corporate documents weren't returned. According to the Post, McKenna was an investigator for O.J. Simpson's defense team and is credited with finding the tapes where a police detective used racist language, hurting his credibility during Simpson's trial." http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2016/02/09/picture-casey-anthony-now-pro-photographer/80053496/ |
