Well just speaking for me and me only. No they do not work, not for me any way.

I agree
I prefer someone close by.
I am not interested in someone that lives in another country because to me it will feel like a dream nothing else.
To easy for them to play the field.
I don't even want them in any other part of this country.
An hour away maximum.

I believe love have the power so we can't consider distance

I believe they can work, but it's not for everyone. I had a great experience with a gal from the Philippines. We Skype for a year and then I visited her. Long story short, it didn't work out but it wasn't for the distance reasons. I wouldn't change the experience that I gained for anything.

Long distance relationships can work. It all depends on trust, commitment, patience, and love. If both parties possess these then I see no reason why it can't be successful.

Hummm.. Well, if he was old, had his own money, a passport & work VISA, made it here alone & alive, converted, got circumcised & moved 50miles away from me... I would do dinner.

Not so much
I want face time more than just every few months
I want someone within easy driving distance
It's so much easier when take the time with someone so you really get to know someone first hand
