Yes, people should be welcome in churches regardless of sexual orientation.
Still, we don't help ourselves by mentally (if not physically) cutting out the parts of the New Testament that aren't emotionally pleasing to us.

You have nothing to fear from REAL Jews, Christians, Hindu or Buddhist.

They don't toss gay people off of cliffs or rooftops in a name of a prophet or stone or burn you.

I know. That's why I'm not making a big deal on what that person said. I know I'll be welcome in Heaven as long as I do good on Earth. No matter if I'm gay, bisexual or whatever... I know in my heart what's true.

I didn't see any attack posts, against you, at all. I even checked with other people.
All I seen were scripture & 'have a nice day'.
But. This is a Christian forum.
So Holy Biblical Scripture, is par for the course. Otherwise, what would be the point?
If you were in the Muslim forum, you would of gotten scripture from the Holy Quran, against homosexuality, formication, adultery etc.. (No mercy for gays in Islam).
But, Jews, Christians & Muslims, ALL make a distinction between sin & abomination, (scripture) that the Hindu & Buddhist do not have.

Be careful & remember.. There is a difference between being totally honest & putting a target on yourself. Straight or LGBT, Christians are targets these days. (You probably noticed that here as well).

Everything isn't for everybody.
And everybody has choices, no matter who or what they are.
And some of those choices is to disagree or not approve or condone or except.

O, my goodness, this can't be farther from the truth! :(

"You KNOW you'll be in heaven"? ONLY those washed in the blood of Jesus will be in heaven. Bible says "only few finds the way." How can someone live unholy and be accepted? "Be holy as I am holy, says the Lord." "If you love Me, you will obey my commandments." God is both love and righteousness. If you don't truly repent, and follow God, why in the world do you expect God to accept you? He's not universalist to save everyone.


Second - "You will be accepted in heaven as long as you do good things"?!? Another non-Biblical lie. WHERE did you get that? Seriously? Salvation is a gift by grace through faith. You don't earn it or buy it by good deeds. How many secularists who reject God work in Red Cross or Green Peace and daily help kids and animals, yet won't be in heaven because they are not washed in the blood? God says that our "righteous deeds" are as dirty as menstrual rags!!!


My friend, i am not condemning you. But if you want Jesus you have to fully dedicate to Him, repent, read, and pray so that He will guide you

I'm not listening to Christians bash me because of the life I choose. God loves all His children and as long as you are kind, compassionate and loving He will welcome you with open arms when it's your time to go. I know this!
