While chatting with a user yesterday the conversation went missing from my inbox automatically. I searched my whole inbox and yet wasn't able to find it. It has happened 4-5 times before also. What's the reason and how can I get that conversation back.

What's the reason and how can I get that conversation back. Are you sure you are not deleting them yourself? Messages are NOT retrievable. Do a 'search by name ', & message the person again. |

The user is active and neither I deleted the conversation. I even sent her a message again 4-5 times but still it is not showing up in the inbox.

Yes. Because there's no point of blocking someone in just 8-9 messages. I think so she might have not blocked me.

But that doesn't mean the conversation to get deleted. How did it went missing?? They will disappear if and when you are blocked. You will not know that someone blocks you except by missing emails. It could have been accidental or intentional. |

But the user is visible in search and who viewed me options.

As stated above if they blocked you the e-mails will disappear there is nothing you can do about it they don't want to talk bottom line...
