The FBI director laid out an impeccable set of facts against Hillary Clinton then turned around and not only would not recommend indictment but also gave cover to the DOJ by saying “no reasonable prosecutor” would take this case. Any reasonable person would be scratching their head and wondering how and why there could be such strong evidence to proceed and yet the FBI and DOJ are not going to prosecute. Pundits are screaming about Hillary being above the law and now they want director James Comey to testify to get answers. Along with death and taxes, I can tell you the evidence the FBI collected will never see the light of day.
Everyone including the FBI knows Hillary lied and broke the law and should be prosecuted.
The Truth is the real reason for no prosecution has little to do with Hillary Clinton. The adage “you can’t see the forest for the trees” is very appropriate in this instance. While everyone is fixated on Hillary the real scandal goes much deeper.
One must take note of exactly what was said during the FBI director’s presentation. He didn’t say that x amount of classified documents were sent in e-mails. What he did say was that in “52 chains” of emails, classified documents were sent and received. This is very important because it means “others” were involved. What others is the key to why there will be no prosecution.
Imagine if Obama was sending classified info to Hillary fully knowing she had her own unsecured server.
Imagine e-mails discussing the Benghazi cover up and a whole lot more that would damage Obama’s legacy and reputation.
There is no doubt that even if someone would try to bring charges against Hillary, the White House would claim executive privilege and squash all the evidence.
So the real scandal isn’t that Hillary was sending and receiving classified information but who else was also sending and receiving this same information.
The question that these committee's should ask the FBI Director is, was the President included in any of these e-mail chains?
Unfortunately once again Hillary will escape a prison sentence like she did in Whitewater, Travel-gate and the insider trading scandal she made millions on.

Everyone including the FBI knows Hillary lied

Lying isn't really against the law unless she was under oath or offering a sworn statement.
There's no real "no lying in politics!" law.
So...doesn't really matter if "everyone including the FBI knows Hillary lied," unless it was under oath or during official questioning.

If she lied under oath or during questioning, that's an entirely different investigation.

broke the law

Which law specifically, and do her actions meet the legal requirements for prosecution.

Pundits are screaming

When aren't they.
That's how they make money.

What he did say was that in “52 chains” of emails, classified documents were sent and received.

Which means the classified information could have been simply part of forwarded messages and Clinton may not have even seen it.
Like in Gmail when you write someone, they write back and your email is at the bottom, then you forward your reply and the last 4 messages just happen to have been copied below.

This is very important because it means “others” were involved.

That doesn't really matter...since the investigation was on Hillary.
For all anyone knows other investigations have been started.

What others is the key to why there will be no prosecution.

Not really.
The investigation was what Hillary did. Her use of a private server, her mishandling of classified material, and did her actions constitute enough to warrant criminal prosecution according to how the law is worded.

Imagine if Obama

Imagine if Obama was Saddam Hussein with multiple personality disorder and an evil talking money with a prehensile tail that shoots laser beams.
"Imagining" isn't a very good defense or argument for anyone outside of the 3rd grade.

There is no doubt that even if someone would try to bring charges against Hillary, the White House would claim executive privilege and squash all the evidence.

I have a lot of doubt.
I can just as easily say "there is no doubt that if charges were offered the hidden alien overlords would have moved up their invasion date to Christmas 2045."

the real scandal isn’t that Hillary was sending and receiving classified information

It should be.
Focusing on others undermines Clintons culpability.
One real scandal is Hillary sending and receiving classified information via an unsecured non government issue server.

If you want to create another scandal, then show who was sending and receiving classified information in an illegal way.
But it's still a separate scandal...not the "real" one.

Saying another is the "real" one means this one isn't really scandalous.

who else was also sending and receiving this same information.

Doesn't really matter unless you find out:
1. Were they sending the information via a "legal" or approved process?
2. Did they know they were sending/receiving the information via/to an "illegal" or insecure process?

Either way...those are separate investigations.

The question that these committee's should ask the FBI Director is, was the President included in any of these e-mail chains?

Why do you think this matters?
It's the process, the private server, and the intent of Hillary to hide her work info, that was why she was investigated.

If there was certain classified information, like there was a classified email chain ordering illegal activities, then it would matter if the president was included, to show he had knowledge of what was in the emails approving illegal things.

But just being a link in a chain? It doesn't matter to the Hillary investigation.

Of course, I could be wrong, since you never say which law Hillary actually broke.
So if I'm going by negligent handling of classified material, and you're addressing patriot act violations or something then we're talking about different things entirely.

Lying to the FBI whether under Oath or not,is a Felony!

Besides:

"The Criminal Statute

If the Department of Justice charges Clinton for committing a felony, they would be charging her for violating 18 U.S.C. 793(f), which states:

Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed . . . Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."
