What's the difference in the one you drink ?
Was asked to bring some for a meal . |

Wine is wine is wine....drink or drop some in the cooking, its all the same to me.....If you have to take for a meal.....red wine goes with red meats etc.....white with sea food and ladies love the white wine better....dont ask why....

I was thinking the same thing.

Oh I beg to differ.. there is a vast difference from one bottle of wine to the next.. they make wine just for cooking with ..a red Sherry a white wine a burgundy... these are typically drier wines.. you would not want to drink them..lol.. now you can use table wine for cooking as well..
But I would not use a $700 bottle of Pinot noir.. or a good cabernet Sauvignon..... but what was required is a dry wine..... and women prefer white wine because it is less tarte and more fruit based.. sweeter..lol |
|

|
I find women prefer the Vodka based coolers green apple raspberry..
Mango flavor.. but they are really expensive compared to beer .. and they usually only come in a 4 pack..wtf.. is that all about.. I like them myself they're good over ice.... like drinking Kool-Aid..lol |

Wait. We are supposed to put the wine in our cooking instead of in our stomachs? So, that is what I have been doing wrong. |

I make my own wine......and not a lot goes into the cooking, I tell ya..especially when ....I am cooking up a storm with my BFF in my kitchen...Adds to the fun.....of cooking....together...

am non pro in the cooking department but when I do use wine for my cooking.
white wine is always a choice.the sweetness and it's tad fruity flavour brought by this compliment the freshness and enhances the savoury taste of my dish. red wine?..well,it's just perfect to match my dish by the way I go for merlot...Penfolds Rawson's Retreat |

Ok ... Wine does not go good with a stake , expecly when you bake it !!! Who in the :#!; bakes a stake ! for all I know, red wine is best for red meat(beef, pork etc.)but not too sure yet about the baking process how it turns out to be. I rarely eat meat and rarely have time to cook nor bake.am just good at eating...it's my forte..lol |
