North Carolina teachers have been given a new 57-page training manual

The document highlights the problems faced by transgender students

Teachers in North Carolina have been warned against gender-specific pronouns when referring to students as it may offend transgender children.

In a 57-page training manual for teachers and classroom assistants, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools have urged teachers to take care when addressing their pupils.

Instead of 'boys and girls', teachers are asked to refer to the youngsters as 'students and scholars'.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools have produced a 57-page training manual to help teachers deal with any students who may be transgender to enable them feel included in school life
As part of the new instructions, teachers are asked to avoid 'gender specific classroom management techniques' such as lining students up or addressing them as 'boys and girls'

Also, the document said all students must be made to feel comfortable in school, with them being able to dress in accordance with the gender they feel rather than the one noted on their birth certificate.

The document claims LGBT students are four to five times more likely to attempt to take their own lives compared with their heterosexual peers - with between 40-50 per cent of them attempting suicide by age 20.

Teachers in North Carolina have been told LGBT students have reported they are more likely to be excluded, or attacked than their heterosexual colleagues.

The North Carolina Values Coalition has attacked the new policy claiming it will endanger school pupils.

Executive director of the conservative group Tami Fitzgerald attacked the school's board.
The new policies have been introduced by schools superintendent Ann Clark, pictured

She said: 'Every child deserves a safe space, and it’s our duty as parents to fight for their right to privacy.

'Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s proposed new policy allowing students to use opposite-sex restrooms, locker rooms and showers will seriously endanger students’ privacy and safety, undermine parental authority, and severely impair an environment conducive to learning.

'The district should continue their current policy to offer accommodations to students that have different preferences without compromising the privacy rights of all other students.

'CMS Superintendent Ann Clark has chosen to violate the state’s HB 2 law instead of following common sense accommodations and limiting restrooms and locker rooms to members of the same sex for privacy and safety reasons without violating Title IX.'

When the PROGRESSIVES don't have any biological grandchildren to love them & care for them, & they are lying in a socialist run nursing home, with a microchip & a creature called 'Zee' is giving them injections & they are forced to watched propaganda holograms, that lies about history & tells them how great, the system is & how terrible those rebels are who want traditional families....

Silent tears... that no one will hear or care

Anthem is a dystopian fiction novella by Ayn Rand, written in 1937 and first published in 1938 in England. It takes place at some unspecified future date when mankind has entered another dark age. Technological advancement is now carefully planned and the concept of individuality has been eliminated.

As if people aren't confused enough...miss the days of tomboys and sissys...I was a tomboy and I am grateful my parents and schools didn't cater to my interest in trucks and dirt instead of barbies and babies...my ex husbands other ex wife has twin daughters...one of which decided she's a boy...they are 9 years old...everyone is going along with it...I don't think it's wise to but out of respect for the child's feelings I will hold my tongue...I recently started a new job..my coworker has a son who is good friends with this "boy"....talk about a rock and a hard place...overheard the gal at work express her dislike of this new trend...little does she know...sad...just wonder how it will fly when puberty hits...knew another "boy" years ago who hung out with my nephew..when "he" got in with the wrong kids and robbed a store..his secret was discovered...flew like a brick...she disappeared shortly after...too bad people are promoting this...Kids are confused enough..but all in all that's what our current government wants...it's easier to control us if we are lost and confused...ohwell

This sort of thing is a symptom of bureaucratic maneuvering for advancement, usually.

It happens all over the place, and usually isn't nearly as politically driven as it appears to be (especially how it appears to be to those who are also politically driven).

What I'm pointing out, is that when a law is passed, or a Supreme Court case is decided, people in bureaucracies everywhere, are required to react, and put out directives to employees, so that they can bring the entity (private company or government agency) into line with the new judgement.

Those bureaucrats get ahead in their careers or not, based on how rapidly they respond, and on how thoroughly they protect the private company or government agency from lawsuits.

That is why we see so many examples like this, of bureaucrats going overboard, and telling everyone to do crazy sounding things.

I have found by asking, that at least half the time, the people who WRITE these directives, actually hope to get people so upset, that they will protest them, and put pressure on the government to get the S.C. decision reversed by legislation.
