Common one...Don't walk under a ladder What are some other ones you have, or have heard about as there are some crazy ones out there.

If a black cat crosses your path, it's bad luck. If your palm itches, it means you will be getting money. If your ears are ringing, someone is talking or thinking about you. Those are just a few off the top of my head. And no, I don't believe in them.

If you catch a falling leaf in the fall you will go all winter without catching a cold I need to catch a falling leaf... Here is one that dates way way back.. And it comes from the Scots maybe other countries also not sure.. When a person died in the house, they would open all doors and windows so the spirit wouldn't be trapped in the home.

Not superstitious and do not believe in superstition. Guess it comes down to who or what you believe controls your life. Also look up where superstition originated and I think you will be surprised.

I am very superstitious. I am convinced that the world is infested with magic invisible, well-meaning, but ignorant gnomes, who are under the mistaken impression that since I do really enjoy fixing things, that the way to make sure I have a really good time, is to break EVERYTHING I OWN.

Not stuperstitious myself but some of the ones I've heard are: A sudden chill running up your back = someone walking over your undug grave. Sneezing for no apparent reason = someone is talking about you (Japanese). Brake a mirror = 7 years bad luck.

In France it is good luck to step in a pile of dog poop with your left foot and bad luck with your right. Please don't ask me why......but true.

The ones I have heard through the years are... If a black cat crosses your path it will bring bad luck. Don't walk under a ladder. If you knock over the salt you have to throw some over your shoulder for good luck.. When you hope something does not happen to you, you must knock on wood for good luck ... hahahaha I still do this even though I don't believe in it..

When on board my first ship in the Navy I was under a ladder and a 5 gallon paint can fell on my head. That explains a lot about me. Still have the scar from the 7 stitches it took to close up the leak. Not quick enough though, since a lot leaked out.

Please write and tell me what you are saying about me.
