Mediums perfect for me, not so mild that you don't know you are eating a Curry, and not so hot that you can't taste what you are eating.:

      I like medium.
Talk to any Indian chefs and they will tell you that curry is all about flavour, not heat. In fact in some parts of India you can't get a hot curry, I think Goa is such a place. I like my women on the hot side, and medium rare.

I like my curry on the hot side. I generally eat most foods medium heat, but sometimes I eat some jalapeños with tube meal.

Joethebricky, a bit like the Floyd.
All about the Flavour-not the Heat.

Take a couple of pieces of Chicken, and rub under and over the skin, a mix of, Plain Yogurt-medium hot Cayenne Pepper-Garam Masala-a little
Turmeric-a small blob of Tomato Puree, and roast as normal with an Onion added, use the juices from this to mix with your Rice-Onion and Peas. Enjoy
