What proof do you have?
I've seen relationships of different kinds last a long time.
Among the people i know, the ines which have lasted 40 years or longer ate those that are between people around the same age

I agree!
The relationship I have with my mother has lasted longer than any other type of relationship I've ever had with anyone.

Well...other than myself.

Hmmm...then maybe I shouldn't agree...

Because I am the same age as myself, and that has been the longest relationship of my life.

But! I've been told I have an old soul!...so maybe I should agree.

Although, I've also been accused of acting like a 9 year old, what with the puns.
So maybe I don't agree....

Damn. Did I just validate kiddy diddling?
An old soul, with juvenile behavior, and I have masturbated.
I'm a monster!

What was the question?

Kinda depends on how "mature."
Because a 20 year old with an 80 year old is probably not going to be lasting all that long. Especially after their hip breaks. It's all downhill from there.
