From the Quran;
'Children of Adam, when Messengers of your own come to narrate to you My verses, those who are cautious and mend their ways will have nothing to fear neither shall they be saddened, but, those who belie and grow proud against Our verses shall be the inhabitants of the Fire, and there they shall remain for ever. Who is more harmful than he who invents a lie about Allah [God] or belies His verses? Such shall have their share of the Book, and when Our Messengers come to take them away, they shall say to them: 'Where now are those whom you invoked, other than Allah? 'They have forsaken us, ' they will answer, and will bear witness against themselves that they were unbelievers.' |

Psalm 145:18, ESV
‘’The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.’’ Psalm 34:18, ESV ‘’The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. God Is Always Near Me. To be near God is my happiness.’’ It is revealed in several verses of the Qur'an that Allah enfolds everywhere. God says; ‘’Indeed, ˹it is˺ We ˹Who˺ created humankind and ˹fully˺ know what their souls whisper to them, and We are closer to them than ˹their˺ jugular vein.’’ |

Hebrews 12
6. For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? 8. But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. 9. Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? 9. For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. |

Was watching a movie the other day and Morgan Freeman said "God is just an imaginary friend for adults". I laugh at how deeply people get into religion, does Santa Clause still slide down your chimney once a year? Does the Easter Bunny leave you a basket? Not that religion has not done some good things for society, but at some point people need to look at the writing on the wall. Religion is just a grab at power made up by people over time. If you want to have an imaginary friend so be it, if it makes you feel good to talk to yourself then go ahead. But if you are going to start believing some book that has been written over the last 2000 years, and try to interpret that book to your advantage, then you are burning a lot of time and energy that you could be using to do more productive things.

God wants us to be happy by Knowing who He is and What He desires for our Life. We have to put our Faith and Trust in God to have life more abundantly.
The Society for decades have tried to take God out of everything, then People wonder what is happening in the World, destruction all around in many things. People don't except or believe God created the Universe and then He alone created Man and Women. God is in control and has a Plan for this World and it will come true one day because of the Sin in the World.

Being happy depends on what is happening, if things are going ok, the person is ok, So what God'Creator desires for humanity is Joy, which is an element of no matter what happens in life, you are content in your circumstances...also when one quotes the Bible it is necessary to understand it from the language and culture from where it originated other wise there is confusion and mis communicaiton

first of all im more agnostic, i dont believe in the structured religious god as i believe its strcutured from the minds of the people at the time, hence why god is refered to as a fuedal lord and the way its set out is like fuedal kingdom. i think its proof enough rerligion was limited by human minds at the time. not saying there is no higher power, there could be. just that humans likely dont know what it is.
as for whether that higher power cares about suffering... think on it, that higher power likely never even notices you. you are to it like a bacteria is to us, we dont see those microscopic organisms. any god being would be so vast that we are but a microsocopic organism to it, infact our entire universe maybe microscopic to it so it wouldnt really care or tell if you was suffering as much as you can tell if a microscopic organism around you is having a bad time. but on a philosophoical and spiritual level though regardless of that.... if a god being that existed was aware of each and every one of you, then your suffering is designed and intentional, it is a test. a trial you must overcome because when you fo through it and overcome it you develope and become a better person, you learn lessons. then as a existential look on this.... maybe suffering is good and we crave it? because maybe outside between bodies we are a energy source that doesnt really feel or experience, we give life and inhabit these bodies so that we can feel and experience, so even bad feelings and suffering perhaps is what our very existential being itself desires, because even great depression is actually a strong feeling and we are perhaps hooked as eternal beings to feel these feelings, we crave them and set this path ourselves so that for once we can feel strong feelings, as in our eternal outer body form we dont but we want to |
