Could someone tell me how you delete all the extra people that are on your profile page? Not the friends but the others that are underneath your profile...and also can you delete friends too?

Click on the pictures and i think there are little X's in the top right hand corner...

The ones that appear at the bottom of your profile are just people who fit your search criteria, you can't delete them. The friends just go into your friends list and at the top right corner of the pic of that friend will be a small X just click that. You do not need to click on their pick and go into their profile for that. Hope that helps
