Ok so my brothers girlfriend said that when she was on dating sights she used to get weird, nasty, funny, messages. So what is the weirdest messages you have ever received? This can be for guys too but I'm sure the women get it the worst.

I get a lot of weird ones, most I don't read, especially when they start off with saying "Hi honey" or "Hi Beautiful". I guess the funniest ones for me are the ones who say they read my profile and then ask me where I am from. whoa

Yes, the "Where are you from" questions are very annoying!

Yeah, it basically says "Hey, I just lied to you, but let's get to know each other anyways". No thanks!

the ones that start 'do you have kik'

my profile SPECIFICALLY states that I do not.

Since it is against the rules to repeat anything
ON m2, FROM m2, I shall generalize and say my
faves are the ones that go something like this:

'Hi pretty, please send me all information about
yourself so I can see if I am interested.'

Newbs, they just crack me up :-)

I've received some weird messages from friends.. that's because some of my friends are weird and they know I am weird and they know that I know they are weird and I know they know that I know that they know that I am weird, which is one of the reasons we are friends.

I don't normally receive weird messages from strangers but this message seemed kinda weird... "you're not that beautiful" and my first thought was what da heck... but calmed down and reread the message and made me wonder if I had written somewhere in the vast cyber world that I was an Angelina Jolie look-alike which was kinda weird considering I hate Angelina Jolie for stealing Brad from Jennifer.

biggrin flowers

oops I forgot to mention that the message could be from any other them websites

Love notes that any woman should see they are copied and paste. He probably sends them out to 50 women a day! whoa

No matter how much i try to genuinely praise the person who i feel deserves the praise whom i genuinely like with words that are appropriate for that person. somehow unfortunately they say that it is either copied pasted and while others say we are not interested in your race as my race has ulterior motives , how ignoramous such people can be i wonder. Hearing such words in the 21st century dissapoints me on the fact that these people are always suspicious and that the same time are racists. why do they do that? probably because of lack of education or less travelling, i wonder :-/

This is probably more a person up against a few slang and cultural issues rather than Always racism but I do not discount that racism might be part of the accept or reject decision or it might just be what is a poor quality photo.

But yea I get all variety of weird messages over the course of years being a Mingle member frequently posting.

I get some weird things written on here. One thing came to mind, because Rosie reminded me. A guy started off saying he was interested in me then said why are you on here all the time? Then he said, you're really not very good looking. ???
