I only risk the possible outcome of "oh wells", over people or things that seem worthwhile to me, but I love your mantra!

All my "what ifs" end horribly wrong if I follow it with..."hold my beer".

I agree ... they have always said no ? is stupid ... I sometimes joke with men I meet ... and found out if they are involved already but if I did not ask how could I have known ... so with you on this ...

There is a whole science based on "What Ifs". It is hypothesized that all probable outcomes of every moment do in fact exist in one dimension or another. So, don't fret the "What Ifs" because in one dimension or another you actually did it.
