Hello afib flowerforyou
Nice post.
I'd say death. Reason being, if cheating is the reason for parting company then there is always a glimmer of hope that you can get back together.
Death is final and no going back.

Just to lighten it up a bit,
If they cheat you'll probably kill them, so that would be a loose loose situation laugh flowerforyou

none is good. Especially with love involved.
To loose someone as a result of betrayal is painful, but not being able to see someone you truly loved is the worst of all.

Not a question for me. Losing someone to death is worse. You can't work things out or get closure like with betrayal

I cannot even imagine a cheater is even worth our time here to discuss?

I have had a couple doozies!

Both I loved dearly.

I could go on.

Well, to find yourself in love with someone. To grow with them. To learn each others mysteries, then to find your love has been abused. Then to point her in the direction of good mental health, only to have the shrink tell her she should not be in a relationship during her therapy....its pretty devastating..

losing someone you love as a result of betrayal (cheating) or losing someone you love by natural causes (death) ?

Seeing as how my girlfriend died 11 days ago, (July 7th), I can tell you I would feel a lot better if we broke up, and I bumped into her grocery shopping, or if she drunk dialed me one night crying and asking for a second chance at us.

But none of those things are ever going to happen again... Ever, because 5 days ago, I watched her being cremated.

So you tell me. Which one do you think is worse ?

Very sorry for your loss flowerforyou
This is what I said before a couple of posts up.
Death is permanent, the other leaves a chance of reconciliation,
Take care waving
Just a note, not for me to judge, but,
She died 11 days ago and your looking to date so soon?
Everyone is different I guess, but if she meant that much to me I'd probably be in bits for a long long time!

Both are hard, but I think death would be the harder one. When a couple split up, it means it wasn't working, decisions were made, and over time you come to deal with it. I can see that death is not usually something where you get a choice. Death can still come no matter how deep the feelings. And all that is left is memories.
Just my opinion.. have a great day everyone.

I'm dating nothing. I've had this profile for years, and I'm in the forums reading.

Ask me again in 6-12 months.
