Pretty simply look online where Employers post their jobs and send your resume in. If that don't work, then look up businesses that you are looking to work for send them your resume. Or hit the pavement and hand out your resume in person.. whoa

Ask friends to keep their eyes out if they do the type of work you are getting into..

It takes research on your own.... whoa

Have copies of your up to date resume, to give to potential employers.

Have all your qualifications and details together, and walk door to door, door knocking industrial areas, offices, and factories in person.

Be prepared to fill out heaps of forms with lots of stupid and invasive personal details.
It's not fun.

Networking is one of the best ways. It is always easier to get a new job.. when you already have a job.

Network, colleagues and others in that industry or the industry you have a interest in.

I have hired a few good people who were referred to me by word of mouth. networking.

Internet searches.. are good to a certain extent. We have put ads on Monster, Indeed and other sites for qualifies workers. Fact is with the filters we ( and most others) put in place maybe only 5% of the resumes actually got in front of human eyes. To your eyes it when thru and the company got it.. but in really it is siting in some dump folder.

Network.. in person.
