I thought about seeing the last Jedi.
But then I realized...After watching the force awakens I can't really identify with, and don't really care about, any of the main characters.
Their personalities don't make sense, and it seems to have become story driven characters.
Maybe if it comes to Netflix. But Disney may have it's streaming service up by then and would probably use the movie as a means to lure people to subscribe.

Chapters 1-3? Anakin Skywalker immaculately conceived to bring balance to the force, growth and fall to the dark side. The power of fear...and wanting lots of money. Destiny vs. choice.

Chapters 4-6? Luke Skywalkers journey in his fathers footsteps rejecting the dark side, fathers kinda redemption, balance to the force by overcoming evil emperor. The power of hope. Choice vs. destiny.

Chapter 7-9? Some orphan chick with no training just as powerful as any skywalker, and a stormtrooper janitor run around avoiding, foiling, or trying to redeem darth vader/emperor 2.0. The power of Disney, current political correctness trends, and ka-ching!

I fell asleep in the middle of it... How Mark Hamill ever got a job acting is beyond me....

Ryan Johnson should commit suicide.

The 9th and last episode is coming out at the end of 2019, 42 year old movie franchise.

Yeah and Kathleen Kennedy said it will end the Skywalker legacy. That damn witch has ruined Star Wars. Star Wars has always been about the Skywalkers!

I sure hope Disney steps in soon and fires her. I have never seen Star Wars fans so pissed off and angry over a movie and the direction the franchise is going.
