Why do we have to hurt in order to know, fall in order to grow, lose in order to gain, because all of life’s lessons are taught through pain?

Love is freely given. The person you love does not have to give it back to you. It is their choice to do it or not. That's the chance you take wnen you love someone.

When it rained was the only time my car got washed ..and a freakin rainbow..well that's a win win..sometimes being lazy can have it's rewards..and no pain ..just gain ..

Going through the pain builds character. When it stops, you find what you seek. When it doesn't it wasn't meant to be I guess. Find something else to give you time and effort to.

"Love" doesn't hurt. Expectation can hurt. Loss can hurt. Possession can hurt. Etc... ....but love does NOT hurt.

Ah well, the rainbow after the rain. Sun breaking through the clouds. A little glimmer of hope It was more dark clouds and thunderstorm I had so far, but maybe there is a pot of gold for me as well. Some day...

Wisdom is gained from both bad and GOOD experiences. People are accustomed to focusing on negative things in life. There are many positive experiences that shape us. Most choose not to see them because they are concentrating on the negative. If you are a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Everyone experiences negative things in life. Usually, it is those negative things that cause us to have to act, to prevent them from gaining severity. We get apprehensive and look for negative things. I concentrate on the positive things in life. I see good things all the time. I look for positive things. Negative things still happen but I am better able to do something positive about them before they get out of hand. That is because I see positive things from all experiences.
