Topic: Nachos!

What do you put on your nachos, other than cheese and jalapenos? I think the best nachos I've had were in Memphis when they included not only cheese and salsa, but shredded bbq chicken! Having a nacho party at work next week, looking for ideas of toppings.

I do mine individually to me they taste better I don't care for the huge mound of chips and stuff just poured on them When I do them I fix the meat with taco seasoning then put meat, beans (I use ranch style with jalp) then cheese on the chips~~~ Melt the cheese and top with guacamole, pico & Jalp.... Then have chips and salsa as well as guacamole on the side to dip..

A wee hack: Get a bottle of liquid smoke (grocery stores have it) and infuse any meat toppings with it for that smoked flavor. (If you have never used it, less is better, just a drop does the trick.)
