I use organic extra Virgin olive oil infused with organic vanilla bean pods .. I keep a big bottle in the shower and apply it towards the end of my shower . My skin Never feels dry or oily just soft and silky . Any of the organic natural plant oils .. coconut .. avocado .. macadamia .. rice bran..are all great natural moisturisers for the skin . I tend to avoid store bought moisturisers as they have too many chemicals .. even baby lotions . waving

Just curious green ... Do you know what is in cetaphil .....

Water, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Dimethicone, Sodium Levulinate, Sodium Anisate,Caprylyl Glycol, Benzyl Alcohol, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Stearoxytrimethylsilane, Stearyl Alcohol, Citric Acid, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer

You would likely get the same effect using purified water and vegetable glycerin which is an emollient and humectant .. attracts water waving

My mother did that with corned beef.. As a kid I would watch her, a 6 pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer up on the counter when she was cooking it.

When I had my own family I tried making it one St. Paddies Day from memory of watching her. It came out... terrible... thru it in the garbage.

A few days later when I was talking to her I told her and she said" tell me how you made it" I told her step by step and about putting the 6 beers in. She said 6 Beers!!!!.. no you only put 3 in. I said " but you always had a 6 pack up there. she said " I drank 3"

true story.

I carry a special cream wherever I go,
just for the right lady.

It can be taken internally,
or administered topically.
And, it's 100% organic.
