Sometimes members are deactivated before their mail
is seen/read. |

I am having same problem .. receive notification but message is not there?? Even when I do it as soon as notification arrives . So it’s not because that person has deactivated their account ??
Please help... |

I get the same thing quite often. Is there a way we can contact Mingle to ask them?

There were some glitches last night with the site.. It could be that or it could be someone e-mailed you at the same time and you have messages you have not read.. Like was suggested above open up all your last 4-5 e-mails for just a minute and close them do each one like that the notifications may disappear..

I get that happening too and I had worked that one out. What I get is that my recent activity box says that someone has sent a message, but there is no message from them. That happens quite a lot.

Mingle is useless have told em 3 times and nothing and I a paid member

Hold on. I've had this occasionally.
While exchanging messages with someone, if you are replying to a message and the same person sends another you'll then send and go to home page. you'll see a message symbol, go to in box but nothing is highlighted, open the last message and look! That's my experience anyway. |

I get that happening too and I had worked that one out. What I get is that my recent activity box says that someone has sent a message, but there is no message from them. That happens quite a lot. angelina if that happens again click on the username in recent activity box. that will take you to profile or drop down saying user deactivated. the latter is the most likely. admin flushes the trash quickly sometimes. and sometimes the trash self deactivates to protect the profile. |

Also just my 2 cents.
![]() If you are on the mobile app the mail icon has 2 tabs. 1 for messages. 2. For nudges. You might have to check both tabs. ![]() |

That is not the case usually. I look up their profile and send them a message and then I get a reply from them but I never see the first message.
