Cannot access. This from here!

The email was from a well known individual .

Correct URL: http://www.snopes.com/fact-check/paracetamol-warning

By the way, it doesn't matter who sent the email. It's still a hoax.

My own sister sends me emails about different things. I track it down and show her it isn't real. Just because something comes from someone you know is reliable, doesn't mean they got it from someone as reliable or that it came from a credible source in the first place.

Opiates are now he #1 drug of choice here in Jersey. People from every walk of life and from every social standing are being hooked.. addicted.. and ruined b this drug.

It has taken 1,000's of lives. The paramedics now carry anti over dose shots for opiates with them and they can't keep enough in stock.

Who is to blame?... the pharmaceutical companies and the FDA. The pharmaceutical companies knew full well how addictive they were but they pushed them out to the public anyway for $$$$$$$$$$$

And the FDA approved it (Lobbyists did their jobs)

Tell me:

Did the world really need the painkiller Oxycodone or fentanyl.. for what? The painkillers of the past were not good enough?

Corp greed.. and it ruined and took lives. Destroyed families

States ( like mine) are just now going after the pharmaceutical companies.. people should go to jail for this.

Opiates have been the drug of choice for at least 170 years in this country so it is nothing new. You'd go to an "opium den" and smoke all you wanted! It was legal back then. They knew it was addictive. Lots of soldiers after the Civil War got the habit while in the military. How else were they to treat pain? (Morphine is an opiate isn't it?) The UK & China fought a WAR over opium in the 1840s! That's how popular it was. Most of these drugs were street legal until Teddy Roosevelt (REP) got to be President. The whole situation gets much better publicity these days and the abuse really has to be stopped.
