i absolutely LOVE the utter desperation that you are showing with your chain of denials that you just posted!!!  especially about the stuff that you have absolutely no idea about...like exactly WHAT evidence against trump robert mueller has gotten from his investigation,and the witnesses that have already pleaded guilty,and the evidence that his crooked lawyer might give him to keep from spending most of the rest of his life in prison. but,keep telling yourself what ever you need to to make it through the day,cuz RICO is absolutely a possibility if the D.O.J. decides to pursue it,cuz just the evidence against trump's organization that they have talked about on the news would be enough to justify a RICO case!! why dont you tell us what we dont know then? what exactly do you know that we dont know? My intense study as you call it is from a few cases The Commission trial of the mid 80's where Giuliani prosecuted the commission board members of the Italian mafia aka "la cosa nosta" where all the administration ( boss, Under-boss and consigleire) were prosecuted. The RICO case against the Gambino and Luchesse family , Major league baseball because Montreal Expos lost their team Micheal Milken and finally the LAPD ( rampart scandal) to which was the inspiration of one my favourite cop shows "the shield" So Im quite familiar with how RICO works Dave. Now can the Trump organization be charged under RICO yes, why? because of the expansion of RICO, all you need is to commit 2 crimes under the RICO 35 list of crimes, 25 plus federal and 8 state crimes with in 10 years. Understand now? Prosecutors have to link TRUMP himself as the boss that orchestrated the crimes and has to prove the Organization it self is a criminal organization, just because a few of his people committed crimes the prosecution has to prove that the organization is a front for criminal activities Case law the Commission trial, the Gambino and Luchesse Crime family trials and the Rampart scandal that plagued the LAPD. Bottom line, end of story he cant. RICO was designed to take a criminal organization like the Mob off the streets for good. That's not what this is. Even if charges happen it wont be RICO. Plus this would be a Kangaroo Court and they definatley wouldn't try RICO in a Kangaroo Court.

What you're finding out, is that you might have some obscure reason to prosecute the Trump foundation, and implicate him in the process.
