Democrats wanted to take the House to control what Trump does. Sad when a party doesn't work for the good of their own Country. like putting a wall before the paychecks of americans during the holidays? yes, the country is the priority ... not. Please!! There would be funding for the wall if Leftist wasn't blocking funding it. Democrats are to blame for any shutdown. Demos would rather support illegals in this country rather than put their own CITIZENS first. thats not quite how it works. There would be no shutdown, if what has been agreed to would be signed. The refusal to agree to whatever has already been in common interest is what causes the shutdown. As I said before, its like an abusive husband saying he would not have hit the wife if she had just done what he told. the country should not be run like that. There should be a deadline period. whatever both sides have agreed to is signed. whatever was not agreed to should be open to continue negotiating for the next round. Thank God the Democrats are blocking it. They are listening to the majority. The other 70 or so percent of the country that doesn't want to have to pay for it. Just another Trump made up lie just for his followers. With no proof to back it up. Speaking of truth. Where did that "invasion" go? Where is that caravan that was headed to our border? It's funny how that lie died right after the midterms. |

I don't bother to read the long posts. insignificant to me. I am watching our president speak tonight. He acknowledged the Congress, Vice President Pence and the First Lady. he did NOT recognize Nancy Pelosi. Good for him. Made a fool of her in front of the entire country. You should have seen the expression on her face. She just keeps fiddling with papers as he speaks. She just continues on sucking her lips and shifting papers. I think its going to feel like a long night to Ms. Pelosi.

..I heard they came out with the cure for Trump Derangement Syndrome..I think it's called STFU..or STHU which I believe is the generic form..not as strong but still as effective..

[/quote Well, there is a big difference actually. responding to the same topic more than once with a consistent opinion is not the same as responding to that topic more than once by only duplicating the same response over and over. I am responding to the topic of the thread with original thoughts unique to that discussion actually. Many threads are on the same topics in politics, and so people talk about those same topics, but not usually with the exact same responses is all. I know people copy and paste but just hadn't seen them doing it to themself. |

They have not a leg to stand on when it comes to Trump. And that's just the truth of it. The only part that I see, that's really kinda pitiful, is how "taken" they are. They are so taken by Trump that they even abandon their morality. Everything is fine because the money is flowing for right now. And that's all some see. As you know, we went through almost the same thing when Reagan was in office. He made such a mess along towards the end he had to raise taxes on everyone just to make up some of the shortfall. By the time he went out, Bill Clinton had one he!! of a mess to clean up. And it all came from "Trickle Down Economics". Exactly what Trump is doing now. We are getting an instant replay of the Reagan years. (With exception of all the drama and stupidity coming out of DC.) Everything went sky high too fast and it caused a bubble. And it busted. I'll never forget that mess. It's coming again. Some economists have already been talking about it. It seems to me many have sold their souls just for a few years of prosperity. It seems that Trump has caused many to abandon their morality. And that's sad. And when you can verify what you say, it's not bashing. It's telling the truth. All they have is what they've made up in their minds. Lies on top of lies. Conjecture, crazy conspiracy theories and the list goes on. That's why the only defense they have is by saying it's bashing. They cannot defend him. Because they have no leg to stand on. |

That's how you feel. Not everyone feels the same as you. The views of this thread and others prove that. But still, what makes no sense, if that's what you think and it's how you feel, why are you here? That makes no sense. I'm sure there are other threads that will sympathize with you. If not, you can start one of your own just like I did. You don't see me bothering other people on their political thread. You don't see me posting what I think on a person thread that has a view different from mine. It's called Respect.
Anyone is welcome here. You can post if you wish. But by the same token, if you don't like what's posted here, you don't have to be here. These threads have somewhere over 15 thousand views. There are people out there that want read. Quite a few more than the two or three that keep whining about what's posted here. |

Big deal? By "hugging and kissing" he clearly just means pictures that show the two to be very close friends, which is exactly what he said -- that they're best friends and it concerns him. Given the current situation I can understand why that may concern him.
