Topic: OUTLANDISH STATEMENTS FROM TRUMP

I didn't like Bush either and now I'm a Trump supporter. I can think for myself and choose candidates based on issues. That's not being inconsistent. It's not being inconsistent when it comes to Kanye either. It's just you want him to be against Trump because you are.

I don't know what black gf kayne stopped seeing but it's normal to date before you choose one to marry. Imagine if everyone had to stay with the first person. It's sounds like kayne is expressing himself in his music about some of his life experiences dating black women. You can't say that his experience isn't real.

Kayne is an entertainer. It's his job to keep people's attention. When Nikki calmed her outfits she had people lose interest.

I'm defending a black man and you are saying he shouldn't have stopped dating his black gf to marry a white woman. So, who is the racist?

Good grief. I am NOT saying he should have stopped.

HE had an issue with black men going with white women and then ended up being one who did just that. I have an interracial child, why would I be opposed to interracial relationships?

HE had an issue with BUSH because of a situation where he did not act in the interest of blacks in a hurricane, but ended up being giddy over TRUMP in spite of the situations where he has nto acted in the best interest of blacks EITHER.

Everyone is a racist on some level in the UNITED STATES, some just embrace the racism, while others try to grow, improve, and evolve.

Black men are raised in homes with their black mom telling them if they marry a white woman, it's turning on his people. He went along with it until his balls dropped and he became a man. Then he thought for himself and picked a mate.

Trump can't control the weather. He isn't counting bodies either. He gets the same numbers we do. He isn't in charge of fema or red cross. He can't help some people sit on their *** waiting for someone else to do everything for them. Kanye can think for himself and see these things too.

You are definitely embracing your racism and can't be happy that a white and black man had a great meeting on issues. You do want prison reform? Because you seem more concerned with kayne praised Trump for his good work.

oh. were you raised in a home with black men as well? or did some black man at Honda tell you this? ...lol

I was, I had FOUR black brothers And a black father, and my mother NEVER told any of us anything about what race to marry.

And who knows what Kanyes mom may or may not have told him?

Kanye has no indication that he thinks for himself any longer as he has admitted to his mental instability HIMSELF.

I am not embracing racism on any level. That man, whether he was black or white, would have looked like as much of a nutcase in his behavior and words over the last two years as any other. Every President save one has been white, so White and Black men have had PLENTY of meetings in my lifetime, but no televised meetings that came close to this one.

Prison reform would be great.

Im concerned that Kanye and our President seem to exhibit signs of emotional immaturity and psychological instability. and one being white and one being black, I suppose maybe race has NOTHING to do with it,,, huh?

I've had black men personally tell me that their moms would say that. Yes I've watched black women go off the deep end when they see a black man marry a white woman or just date. Even women who have dated and had kids by white men.

As soon as blacks realized kayne was a Trump supporter he was called a nutcase. They were perfectly fine with him before. Kanye isn't a great speaker. His music like most Rappers is vular. That's how he speaks everyday like most Rappers.

Your racism is definitely showing. Kanye is a role model for blacks thinking for themselves. He is making waves and blacks will make it hard on him. It will make it easier for more blacks to think for themselves.

he is making waves for HIMSELF. I will feel free to put your expertise about 'blacks' behind my EXPERIENCE as a black person when coming to my own conclusions and 'thinking for myself'.

Kanye is no one's role model. the man is unstable and in pain. Im surprised I dont hear the conclusions about how his absent dad made him this way or how he is just acting out because his dad wasnt there or 'didnt want him' ...smh

Racism indeed.

I'm amazed you aren't talking about Taylor's depression. She has a mental condition as well. I didn't hear crap on the news about her not supporting Trump. I saw it here. The news was all about Kanye. He got a ton of free publicity. Democrats aren't hurting him in any way.

Dont be amazed, really. The difference is that NO ONE has been talkign about Taylor in this thread, unlike the topics of trump and kanye which WERE brought up. And also Taylor has not had a publicized meeting with a POTUS.

lets keep in line with logic, shall we?

Yes. he did get a ton of free publicity. why would democrats be hurting him or anyone else?

Plenty of blacks got tax cuts and new jobs. Blacks turn on the ones who are productive members of society. Just like they did when blacks burned black businesses in Missouri. You can tell that Kanye doesn't care at all about the blacks turning on him. I actually think he likes the attention. It has blacks thinking. They can either sit in the ghetto or make something of themselves. Since kayne chose wisely when choosing a mate, he can afford to lose some music sales.

Blacks 'turn' on people like whites 'turn' on people and for the same list of reasons. that has little to do with why I feel how I feel about Trump though. Im not sure what Kanye is producing except for music, and plenty of blacks are producing that, plenty of whom I dont feel the same way about ... so there goes that theory.

IT may be that Kanye only cares about Kanye and his brand, something that may cause him to feel such a connection to Trump. Just like Trump doesnt care about whether people will 'turn' on him. they both count on their loyal base to be blindly supportive and that has always been enough to retain their status and wealth. What I think is that he is bored, he has so much that he doesnt know what else to do with his life, so he is making a run at politics by following Trump's lead and piggy backing his blindly supportive base.

Charles, you need to go to the basement and do whatever it is you do there. Your thinking is crazy... east2west seems to be the only one on here with any sort of common sense. Democrats are sheep following old pelosi and schumer. My grandfather had 13 children. he was a democrat and "insisted" all his children marry a dem. My mother married a Republican, so they had to elope...didn't "qualify" for a church wedding. Dems still think like that. Our country is going to collapse into true Socialism if we elect Dems. And all you who can afford a house a car and a vacation will then be told by the government what you can have. You won't "own" anything. why not just pack your bags now and catch a freighter to Argentina or Venezuela or maybe CUBA.

the great depression of 1929, who was president? republican, who controlled senate? republicans

and from Forbes (the money people)

Donald was absolutely right when he told Wolf Blitzer in 2004: “I’ve been around for a long time and it just seems that the economy does better under the Democrats than the Republicans.”

That’s right. Trump said out loud the same thing that Hillary Clinton has asserted—and top academics and journalists have confirmed. The same thing I’ve been compiling cold, hard government data on since 1980: By crucial metrics like GDP, job creation, business investment and avoiding recessions, the economy does a lot better with Democrats in the White House than with Republicans. Just one eye-opening example: Nine of the last 10 recessions have been under Republicans.

Are you saying that because Kanye is successful and benefits from the tax cuts, that he only cares about himself? Are you saying that his wife and kids would matter more to him if he were getting an increase in foodstamps because of them.

Remember Trump is donating his salary and taking great care of his wife and kids. Your racism is showing.

No. Or else I would be saying the same about the OBamas, or Colin Powell, or Farrrakhan. My opinion has NOTHING to do with if someone has had success or benefits from a tax cut ...lol.

I have not even brought up Food stamps, or whether his kids should matter to him.

I know Trump donates about less than one half of one percent of his income ... how wonderful. An equal donation for someone making 30 grand would be about 150 a year ...lol.

And he does PROVIDE well for his family, as his parents did for him, and as his inheritance paved the way for him to do.

but none of that has anything to do with Kanye or why I think he is unbalanced.

The economy was great when Clinton signed nafta. It took a few years to feel the effect but that doesn't mean it was a mistake of the next president. When confronted you go back in time before we were even born to dismiss the issues we are having today.

Trump is president. The economy is great. Voters need to focus on issues like immigration reform, tarriffs, welfare reform, security, infrastructure, and freedom. So far Trump seem to be doing the right thing on all of those while the democrats block him every chance they get.

Sweetheart, I was not 'confronted'.

someone made a false implication of democrats would ruin the economy. I stated fact about democrats and republicans overseeing economic growth. ITs called, once again, using logic.

political debate almost always is along the lines of 'my party/candidate is great, yours does nothing"

that logic is not really about addressing issues or legitimately being concerned, because it is so much more about being the winner, being right and pointing fingers.

what else is new?

I wasn't into politics much at all until I saw what happened in Missouri. That rioting was trying to come here and the school notified parents of the threat made by BLM. Obama did nothing.

I see the racism that Trump is enduring. I thought he would have gave up by now but he continues to fight to make our country a better place. I didn't vote for bush. I don't like him. I can think for myself. This Nov will be the 1st time I've ever voted for someone just because of the party they choose to be. That is because of the democrats and their shady dealings, smear campaigns, and blocking Trump from doing what's right. So even if they've campaigned on something I agree with, I'll be voting against them just for being a Democrat. I don't believe I'm alone in this thinking. They've done this to themselves.

1929 has nothing to do with anything. no more important than Bill Clinton being "the first black president". many so-called points being made here are ignorant and backed up with Fake News links. It's time everyone thinks for themself. are they better off or worse off than during Obama. He went around the globe apologizing for America, bending over and kissing RINGS. all the while working behind our backs to demoralize the military, increasing food stamps so blacks didn't have to work, adding regulations to kill small business and the list goes on. The "love photo" of Hillary laying her head on Obama's chest shows you exactly what he was laying the groundwork for. Thank God enough people had the sense to vote against Hillary. Pelosi and Schumer disgust me...oh wait, add Warren and Waters to that. We need TERM LIMITS. and although I can't use a derogatory term, one of the black men on CNN's panel is using the term Negro in almost everything he says. hmmmmm. I'm done, you can't talk sense to someone who is living off of free stuff and/or wanting it for their children and grandkids. You will find out what FREE really means if we get socialism. and those letters will be removed from freedom.
