Have you ever gone spastic because you ignored the food preparation and your cooking has no organization at all? Have you ever been just so hungry that everything looks good and you are not really sure of what you want to eat? Have you ever started to cook but all the dishes are dirty so you just start cooking but you start with stuff that takes hardly no time to cook? Or have you started cooking something only to find some important ingredient you need you don't have? If you can answer yes to any of these questions then you might do what I do and go to the restaurant.laugh

So, Amalie do you do house calls?laugh It came out pretty good. I had fried taters, pork chop steaks, fried eggs and milk. I used the oven, large griddle and a frying pan. I was glad the pork chops were thin.laugh

I'm quite organised in the Kitchen...I love holding dinner parties, last one I had was on Halloween when we all dressed up in Victorian clothing and re-lived the story of Shelley & Lord Byron and the beginnings of Frankenstein...lots of ghost stories, crackling fire and candlight
