that's what I love about music, you can listen to the same song five times in a row and focus on drums, guitar, bass, vocal etc and get an entirely different perspective. As a multi-instrumentalist, I focus on drums, then bass, then guitar and vocals. When listening to classical music, usually trombone and french horn then I work my way down through first and second violin sections as well as trumpet, clarinet and piccolo.. really becoming a fan of classical for this reason.
