My mouth is watering, I don't do any real scratch cooking or baking, Lol, I forgot to buy pie crust With baking I do both scratch baking and using the convenience of the box or pre-made items like pie crusts and frozen bread dough to help save time. Cookies are either store bought or scratch. If I weren't working, it would all be scratch. Cooking dinners is about the same but I lean a little more towards using as little processed items as possible. OT... enjoying not having to go to work with all the snow we got and more to come.

Watching "A Christmas Carol". Don't know why Ebenezer Scrooge complains so much. At least he is visited by 3 ghosts on Christmas Eve. No one comes to see me.

Ripping music from some CDs I picked up over the weekend at the flea market. Gunna donate the CDs to the local library when done. Ripping and converting some movies from DVD and Bluray I picked up this weekend at the flea market. Gunna donate the discs to the local library when done.

Over the weekend some idiot crashed into the housing complex mailbox. Its destroyed. Gotta hit the post office for my mail (still waiting on my electric bill) and while I am there I'll pick up some of those flat rate boxes. I send cajun spices and sauces to my sis & b-i-l every month. They told me they would like more Redneck Lipstick (LOL). On a side note, I checked online, electric bill was only $72 last month. Kool!

Just cooked up a bunch of ground beef to freeze for future meals, now I'm relaxing for a bit before making brownies with peanut butter swirl.

Have you ever made homemade fudge? I could seriously dent a pan of homemade peanut butter fudge! Yummy! Years ago, not recently. I haven't made peanut butter fudge but I'm sure I could. Eric just made a batch of fudge for Thanksgiving, very tasty!
