I am on my desktop right now. Using XP Pro. And, my screen has shifted to the left. And I can not for the life of me figure out how to fix it. I am missing an inch of my page. Can not see all of my "Start" menu. Can't even use the back button on my browser cause it is cut off. Anybody know how to fix this? I tried to do a screen shot to show you what I am talking about, but when I do that it comes out as being normal.

Try going to your control panel and fixing it through display, it could be that you accidentally resized it.. Did you try to grab the edge and pull it out the full length?

I can see my start menu enough to reboot my computer but that has been done a few times.

is there not a button on your monitor that allows you to move the screen left to right or up and down?

Okay this is wat u do, u right click it and then go though that little menu and find the area that lets u rotate the screen and rotate it back to the way u had it which is either 90 degrees right or 90 to the left

I have tried stretching it and even changing my screen resolution.

I am going to CRT. It is an old clunky one.

if you have a crt monitor...flat screen, etc. sounds like the horizontal drive is starting to die...there is an internal bias adjustment to re-center the screen...but pretty much for the repairman only...lol..if it is plasma or lcd...my lcd has a menu item that lets me re-center the display

if it's an older one than there should be screen adjustment buttons on the lower part of the monitor.they may be hidden so check if there's a drop down door or anything on it

There is no options that allow me to rotate my screen.

That just stretches the page and still keeps things cut off. It is becoming frustrating. Thank you all for your help.

Take your computer, look under it and grab a screw driver. Upon doing this Take it and poke the power supply with force, if you get shocked really bad the computer is still working. =)

In all honesty? Shifted to the left can mean many things pictures would help maybe what you were doing before it did such. It sounds like a horizontal screen fix. This happens in CRT monitors when the resolution is changed.
