I'm thinking this week sucks and it's only Monday I'm going to wholeheartedly agree if my osteo doesn't phone me back tomorrow, meaning they're not back at work yet. I danged need her, I think my atlas is stuck to my skull again, meaning blood flow is impaired and my brain is foggy all day long Brain fog is contagious today Hope you get some relief crystal

I keep using my new tuning fork 174 Hz which is very healing and also works on the brain, hoping it helps. I put it on my neck and lower parts of the skull as well. Just intuitively. And maybe reduce brain fog or tinnitus -which is also bad now- or both, hihi. I should not have turned that danged mattress before finding out if the osteo worked again. I won't do that again for a long time to come, haha. And then for instance the day before having an appointment.

THinking... that tomorrow I won't have to go to bed having a slight headache cos this danged atlas is stuck to my skull again! It seems my neck heard I have an appointment and decided to turn it up a notch.

Thinking... I can't wait for my new bras to arrive, unfortunately will take 8 days. The ones I got aren't to my liking, these are by advice of my osteo. She's got the same ones and would be ideal for me. I can't wait to find out!!

Thinking with all the extra hours I'll be working at the store over the next few days, I should just put a cot in the back storage room, lol. Hopefully the new guy that starts on Monday will be more reliable than the last couple of employees.

Thinking... I'm going to eat fries and chicken satay with satay sauce of course. All I have to do really is cut up the chicken in small pieces :)
