Based on your recount, I would say he is definitely not a nice and understanding person. He is rude, and has no respect for you, and probably not for anyone for that matter. If sounds as though he had been under the influence of liquor more than once when talking to you...a heavy drinker? From both of these accounts, you probably don't lose much without him. I think you would have more fun spending the New Year's with someone else, who is loving, caring and understanding.

I am glad you are'nt going to answer when he calls back...
I know he will call you back too. I was'nt that type of lady to do that either- but it ended up when I was too nice- that is when I got walked all over. I had to draw the line somewhere. Good luck to you dear... You deffinately deserve better than that...

I have been talking to a guy online and phone for close to 3 months. We were supposed to meet Saturday before New Years and spend New Years together. As of today he called me mentally retarded because the other night on the phone I wasn't really talking just kinda doing uhhhh. I was at work all week with no day off and tired. I am hard of hearing and don't do well on the phone, and when I am tired my hearing is even worse. So when he said something I didn't understand I said uhhhhh trying to figure it out. For close to 20 minutes he kept calling me retarded and screaming in my ear. When I said all he does is mumble when he has been drinking he said "Don't try and turn the tables on me because you are retarded and I don't do that when I drink." Then he hung up on me. So is this his way of saying I don't want to meet you or is he really just a 100% jerk. Sorry, to hear that. Definetly an asshole. Don't give em a chance. |

He is a Rude Jerk.....I am a little hard of hearing too, know what you mean, he is a ****, forget him....move on,,,thank god you never met him in person, just think how he would act if you with with him and you were tired, he would probably call you names in public.

Either way.. It sounds like your New Years dance card is open. Yeah no way will I be spending it with him. At one point he even asked for my mothers number to call her and ask her if I am retarded. I can't believe that you talked to him for 20 minutes, and by the way it sounds...he has been drinking before when you talked to him? I think you can do better off by yourself then to be with someone that treats you like this. Sure your friends might be all married...but why would you want to be with someone that treats you this badly? It sounds like this man has some anger issues, I think your best bet would be just to ignore his calls and let things go. I think he goes beyond the word "jerk." |
